These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Financial Vault (the "Site"), a job board connecting accounting and finance job seekers with employers. By using the Site or submitting a job application through it, you agree to these terms.
Use of This Site
Financial Vault is provided for the purpose of searching for accounting and finance roles, applying to jobs, and, for employers, posting and managing job listings. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an application and to use the Site only for legitimate job search or hiring purposes.
Email & SMS Communications
Financial Vault will only use the details you have provided in order to respond to you regarding your job application. We do not share or sell your information to any third party.
Examples of messages you may receive
- Offering a position ("Congratulations, we'd like to offer you a position")
- Responding to your questions or providing information you've requested
- Reminders of upcoming appointments
- Follow-ups regarding your application status
Message frequency
Message frequency may vary. Expect a follow-up message every few days for missed steps. Appointment reminders are sent at the time of booking, 24 hours prior, 1 hour prior, and 10 minutes prior to your scheduled meeting, and again after a missed meeting (with the option to rebook). Message and data rates may apply.
How to opt out
- Select "unsubscribe" at the bottom of any email
- Reply "Closenow" to close your job application
- For text messages, reply "STOP" or "HALT"
- Reply "OPT-IN" to allow us to text you again (for example, if you apply again later)
- Text "HELP" at any time for a copy of these options, or call/text us at1-888-564-6460
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No sale of mobile information
No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except aggregators and providers of the text message services needed to deliver these messages.
